The Assembly of French Expatriates (AFE) is an advisory body intended to allow the French outside of France to participate in the national life and make their voices heard.
SFA is composed of members elected for 6 years by direct universal suffrage by the French abroad. Council members shall ensure steadily, as elected representative of the various French communities abroad, the interests of French expatriates. The advisor of the SFA, a member of law, among others involved in the commission grants, welfare, employment and vocational training.
