I think many will agree with me when I say that Sunday is certainly one of the least exciting days of the week. In reaching this finding, the fuses ideas to fill the day. One of the activities on which we quickly agreed with Mary Morgan, Nicolas and me is that the pastry shop was certainly one of the best schedule for Sunday afternoon.
Draft this Sunday was the carrot cake (Swedish specialty that is found in all places where you can take fika). It may sound weird, actually a carrot cake but you can believe me it is delicious and far from what you might imagine ;-).
Apparently we were not the only ones with the idea of making a pastry shop, Elin, Anna and Magnus decided to make the buns for St Lucia (13déc) Saffron -> BULLAR Saffran.
